Learn, Unlearn and Relearn

We live in an ever-changing world, where we need to be able to be flexible to these changes.

Alvin Toffler, a writer, futurist and philosopher once said that the illiterate of the 21st century will not be those that cannot read or write, but those that cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.

If a habit or #skill is no longer serving you, you need to unlearn it, and let it go. You need to be proactive in re-skilling and upskilling to stay #relevant.

As a #ProjectManager, you need to continuously develop.
Where to start? Follow these 3 steps to identify development areas:
1. Be honest with yourself about your skills-gaps
2. Continuous learning and unlearning to stay current
3. Be open to new technologies or changes in technology

Watch Jose De Franca explain the concept of learning, unlearning and relearning in the video below.

Ask yourself:
– Am I able to #adapt and adjust to #change?
– Are my #skills still relevant?
– Am I #ChangeLiterate?

Allow ProjectPro to assist you in your development and set you up for success in this ever-changing world.
